Is the full amount due at the time of registration? |

No. However, we do require a $300.00 deposit at the time of registration to hold your seat. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the course. Please read our cancellation policy for refunds on deposits. |

What if I need to cancel my reservation? |
|
We suggest rescheduling, rather than canceling your reservation. In accordance with our cancellation policy, deposits are non-refundable if you do not cancel 30 days prior to the first day of the course. Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the Islip Airport or Long Island Railroad's Ronkonkoma Station. We also offer transportation to and from the hotels listed here. |

How many students do you teach at one time? |
|
We believe in providing close and personal attention to each student, so our regular classes are limited to no more than 10 students at a time. For a more personal learning experience, try our one-on-one course. The one-on-one course guarantees individual attention. The one-on-one course is designed for one person; however, you and another individual (spouse or colleague) can take the one-on-one course together. By enrolling two people for a one-on-one course, you will receive a group discount, and the best one-on-one quality time and attention. Click here for more details. |

We offer classes year round. Our one-on-one and regular two-day classes are designed to work with your schedule. We can customize the one-on-one and regular two-day schedule to suit your needs. For example, we can hold a two-day class during the week, providing it doesn't conflict with our four-day schedule. |

No. We do not sell equipment or supplies. Our total emphasis is on education and skills training. We believe that selling equipment would compromise the integrity of our school. |
